Cupola, knowing the pitch of your roof
is helpful (i.e. 7/12 , 12/12 etc.)
An extended base may need to be purchased if you have an overly steep
pitch, such as a 11/12 and up.
Most of our cupolas fit up to a 10/12 pitch, so if your
pitch is less then 10/12, you are all set. (Shed Cupolas max
pitch is 7/12)

Shipping and
Handling: Shipping charges are applied to all products. To
know the amount of shipping for your product we will need the
product(s), and a State and Zip Code. Please call with any
questions. Sorry, we do not offer free shipping.
Ground
Shipments:
Most orders are shipped via Fed Ex
Ground or
UPS. These deliveries are left at the ship to address, no
signature required.
Freight
Shipments:
Items that exceed the weight and/or size limit are shipped via
Fed Ex Freight or other freight company. The Freight Carrier will call to set up a drop
off time, usually 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. These
orders are usually heavy and large. It is up to you to be
prepared to unload the delivery. The delivery is curbside,
meaning it is up to you to unload the delivery. If you are unable to unload the
delivery, a lift gate can be purchased by you through the
carrier before
delivery for an additional charge.
Claims & Damages
Please inspect all packages for any visible or concealed damage
immediately upon receipt.
Please note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
If for any reason you cannot inspect package at delivery please
note on delivery receipt, (Subject to Inspection), and inspect
thoroughly ASAP.
If damage is found, do not refuse shipment, retain all packaging
material and contact us immediately, (within 24 hours), and we
will send replacement ASAP.
East Coast will
take full responsibility in the claim and replacement, repair,
return, etc. when damage is noted at delivery. If damage is
found after delivery and is not reported to us within 24 hours,
the consignee will be responsible for the claim. If damage is
found after 24 hours, it is the consignee's full responsibility
for the claim and damage.
If you
have missing parts please call us and will be sure to take care of
the issue promptly.
Gift
Certificates
Gift Certificates are available. Please call to order. They
are redeemable for 1 year from purchase date. We cannot be held
responsible if lost or stolen.
Return Policy
•All returns need to be
made within 30 days of receiving the product. Restocking fees
may apply.
•You
must call and notify us of the return. Returns will be
refused if we are not notified.
•Shipping charges are
non-refundable
•All items to
be returned must be unused and in original condition. Any
item returned that is not in original condition will not be
given a refund and the item will be held for pickup by the
customer, to be returned to them at their expense.
•All customized orders are non-refundable: this includes
custom weathervanes, cupolas, and finials. Custom items
include anything not in natural copper finish, such as
patina, blue verde, brass, etc. Metal cupolas are
non-refundable, due to custom color specifications.
•When an order
has been placed, we begin processing and fulfilling the
order right away. For this reason, sometimes we cannot change orders or
cancel orders when production has started. If an order is
cancelled after production of the order has started
restocking fees may apply.

Cancelling
or Changing an Order
Once an order has been placed it can
be changed or cancelled, but the rules below will apply.
1. If the order has already been
shipped, you will lose your shipping charge and you must
ship it back to us when it arrives at your location.
Depending on the order, restocking fees may apply.
2. Cupolas 42" and larger cannot be
changed or cancelled once cupola production has started. If
an order of this size is cancelled, a 25% restocking fee
will apply.
